The event
The event managed to convey all the charm and authenticity of a century of wine history. Guests were able to immerse themselves in a unique atmosphere, where the past merged with the present, making the celebration an unforgettable experience.
The moments of conviviality and musical entertainment added a touch of magic, celebrating not only the wine, but also the people and stories that make it so special.
Tradition and innovation
The organization and management of the event were handled by Why Company, the agency that follows the communication and marketing of our winery, which introduced an innovative digital system to manage access.
Users were able to book their entry via a landing page, receiving a coupon via SMS to collect free drink tokens.
The cellar’s century-old tradition has met innovation, demonstrating how technology can facilitate organization and improve the guest experience. This approach has limited the consumption of paper, contributing to the protection of the environment and representing an example of how technology, environment and people can coexist harmoniously.
The Pro Loco of Monserrato, with its deep bond with the territory and dedication to enhancing local traditions, offered fundamental support, contributing significantly to the realization and success of the event. The collaboration between institution and community made it possible to create memorable and enriching experiences for participants, strengthening the feeling of belonging and community identity.
The location
For the celebration of the centenary, the historic location of the winery was chosen, in Via Giulio Cesare 2 in Monserrato, a place of great importance for the citizens of Monserrato and beyond.
After considering other locations, the winery and especially the CDA wanted this event to take place in the historic venue:

The Holy Mass
The event began with the Holy Mass, celebrated by Don Nicola Ruggeri (Church of the Holy Redeemer) and concelebrated by Don Marcello Lanero (Church of Sant’Ambrogio) and Don Walter Onano (Church of Giovanni Battista de La Salle), which united all the participants in a moment of profound spirituality and reflection, making everything even more significant and solemn.
Passion, commitment and noble intentions that have created progress.
These are the main characteristics that animated the women and men who decided to found the Cantina Sociale di Monserrato.

The Mayors
The Centenary saw the participation of numerous illustrious guests: Tomaso Locci, mayor of Monserrato, Emilio Contini, mayor of Ussana, Paola Secci, mayor of Sestu and Beniamino Garau, mayor of Capoterra.
The mayors recalled the historicity of the winery through anecdotes and memories of their childhood, telling of when the carts historically pulled by oxen, and later motorized, transported the grapes from the countryside to the headquarters in Monserrato.
Cantine Pauli’s
The Board of Directors (Board of Directors) of Pauli’s Cellars, the partners and our collaborators, contributed significantly to the celebration of the centenary.
The members of the Board of Directors shared with the guests the vision and future strategy of the winery, as well as reflecting on the goals achieved over the years.
Their presence gave the event a further dimension of authority and involvement, strengthening the bond between the company’s leadership and the wine community, while that of the partners and collaborators demonstrated their commitment and love for the company, helping to make the event an unforgettable experience for all participants.

Radio Sintony
The professionalism and energy of the Radio Sintony team, the official Media Partner of the event, brought entertainment and music, making everyone dance and making the evening very pleasant and lively.
Free Tasting
The evening was enriched by tastings of local products offered by the Pauli’s Cellars and prepared by Sa Carriadroxia, with stands dedicated to starters, first courses, second courses and desserts, accompanied by the Cellars’ wines.
- Starters: Salami, cheeses, olives and bottarga offered by the sponsors Monte Arci, Ayò, Rocca, Ferreli.
- First courses: Malloreddus Campidanese style, offered by La Casa del Grano and Romano Bio solution.
- Second courses: Roasted sausage and cabbage salad, offered by the Macelleria Salumificio Artigianale di Gianni and Luigi Argiolas and Ayò.
- Desserts: Pardule, offered by the sponsor Fratelli Marteddu.
Vintage car and motorcycle exibition
The exhibition of vintage cars and motorbikes, created in collaboration with the Monserrato Auto Moto d’Epoca ‘Amame’ Association, presented an extraordinary selection of 50 historic vehicles.
Among the cars, the iconic Fiat 500 stood out, symbol of a bygone era and timeless design, and the classic Vespa motorbikes, which helped evoke the charm of vintage.
Car dealer show
The display of cars from the Nissan De’Carroz dealership attracted the attention of many enthusiasts and curious people.
Their latest innovations, including electric and hybrid models, were presented in a specially set up space, where guests were able to admire the innovative design and cutting-edge technologies up close.
Representatives from the dealership were on hand to provide technical details and answer questions.
Monserrato popular culture group
The Monserrato folk group, Gruppo di Cultura Popolare, with traditional Sardinian costumes brought a breath of authentic culture to the event, enchanting the guests.
Their presence enriched the evening with a touch of folklore and authenticity, offering guests a unique cultural experience deeply rooted in the history of the area.
Entertainment for children
The entertainment for the little ones was taken care of by the volunteers of the Stella Lasalliana Onlus, who entertained the children throughout the evening with balloons, tricks and other activities.
Fireworks
The evening continued with our gaze turned upward to admire our spectacular fireworks display which lit up the sky with vibrant colors and brilliant explosions, creating an atmosphere of wonder and celebration.
This enchanting spectacle added a touch of magic to the celebration, as guests continued to enjoy the evening with enthusiasm and conviviality.
Cutting the cake
After the toasts and fireworks, it was time to cut the cakes, prepared by Il Forno delle Meraviglie di Sestu, which concluded this splendid evening with a touch of sweetness.
The cakes, prepared with great care and skill, depicted the logo, created especially for the centenary. This detail not only added a touch of personalization at the time of cutting, but also visually celebrated the historic milestone of Pauli’s Cellars.
Each cake, decorated with the centenary logo, represented a confectionery tribute to the company’s long history, offering guests a symbolic and tasty finale to an extraordinary evening.
