We have one hundred years of history behind us. We are the first wine cooperative set up in Sardinia back in 1924. Our foundations are still rooted in the same principles and values held so dear by our founding members.
The vineyards of Cantina Pauli’s di Monserrato extend over the area of South Sardinia. The natural morphology of this land, its proximity to the sea, the Mediterranean climate and wild vegetation give our grapes unique flavours.
Grapes Varieties and HarvestThe winery has 300 hectares of vines located in the renowned area of South Sardinia, in the middle of the Mediterranean Sea. Among the most important Sardinian grape varieties that we grow are: Cannonau, Vermentino, Monica, Nuragus, Moscato and Nasco.
Tradition and innovationWe implement new technology and procedures to improve the quality and efficiency of our products while respecting the traditional roots of wine-making that we have been using since 1924.
Bottle and bluk wineIn our area, in the province of Cagliari, we have our own stores where we sell our wine not only in bottles but also in bulk.
Awards wonSome of our wines have won prestigious awards and are included in the Touring Club Italiano’s wine guide, “Vini Buoni d’Italia 2024”, in the section dedicated to wines made from native grape varieties.
